Get your par- ent’s or guardian’s signature and mail your application to us by May 15, 2006. Late applications will be con- sidered where openings exist. No re- funds will be made after May 31, 2006. More Camp Information! • Students must furnish their own instruments. A checklist per instru- ment will be provided. • Clothing for daily wear is casual. • Campers will be expected to at- tend all daily activities and to participate in the final concert. • Students will be responsible for their own food Monday through Friday . • Students will have the chance to sign up for Bonus Lessons at the end of each day. Fees The fee for the entire week is only $185.00. Fees in- clude all music, camp t-shirt, camp instruction, perform- ances, and a “Show” CD of the end concert.
