Content Inside: FEES The fee is due and payable at time of regis- tration (by calling 717-7755). The amount for each program is stated with the infor- mation about that offering. Fees vary in accordance with the number of sessions of a class and the anticipated enrollment. Tax dollars are not used to support Community Education programs. They are sustained by student revenues so classes must meet mini- mum enrollment. No fee waivers available for staff or faculty of Yavapai College. CANCELLEDCLASSES Please enroll early. Classes will be cancelled prior to start date if enrollment is low. DROPPINGACLASS You must drop a Community Education class 48 hours prior to the date of the first class meeting in order to receive a refund. In the event the class is canceled by the college, a 100% refund will be made for all fees attributed to the canceled class. Call 717-7755 to drop and leave a detailed mes- sage if you get a voice mail. The system will record the date and time of your call. If you prefer, you may trans- fer your fees to another Community Education class or an Edventure in lieu of a refund. You can view your schedule, drop and add classes if you have an email address and a PIN num- ber. To get your PIN number, call 717-7755. This is a preferred way of managing your classes as opposed to mailing confirmations and making phone calls. VAN SERVICE FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH MOBILITY IMPAIRMENT – 717-7930 A Yavapai College van with a wheelchair lift is available on the Prescott Campus for individuals with mobility impairment. This transportation service is coordinated through the counseling office. Students, faculty, staff, and community guests should contact the office at 717-7930 for schedule information. There is no charge for this service.
