The Walking Company also offers a wide selection of comfort footwear from hard-to-find quality brands from around the world such as Pikolinos and Beautifeel. The new Chandler store is our fifth location in the Phoenix area said Lee Cox senior vice president of retail at The Walking Company. Chandler is a dynamic retail market and one of the fastest growing cities in the nation. Chandler has more than 240000 residents which is a 160 percent increase since 1990. The city represents more than $3.5 billion in buying power with more than 10.5 million square feet of existing retail space. The store is located at Chandler Fashion Center which is situated at the intersection of Chandler Boulevard and Price Road Expressway (Loop 101).
