Sort Desciption: Use this traditional paper folding technique to make Chinese slippers. Items needed: 1 large newspaper sheet (2 if you are making 2 slippers) Self-adhesive mailing stickers Directions:

Content Inside: Step one: Take one large newspaper sheet and make a fold about 1/5 from the top. Fold about 1" back up, as shown. Step two: Fold in thirds, folding both sides to the back. Step three: Turn over to back side. Step four: Fold bottom of sheet up, leaving about 1" sticking up at the top. Step seven: Your first slipper is finsihed! Repeat the process to make a pair. Put a self-adhesive mailing sticker on the bottom of your slipper with your name on it. Step six: Tuck in the corners of the slipper to give it a "rounded" appearance. Step five: Tuck the end of the paper into the pocket at the top of the slipper. Paper Folding Activity Origami is a classic Asian craft.
